pct for test e pleasssssss

Hey guys I need advice in regards to PCT, I am on a test e cycle at 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks. What would be suitable PCT??

Easy bro.

HCG on cycle. 500iu split into two injections every week from 2-12.

Formastanzol five pumps am and pm, 25mg clomid, post cycle, and unleashed for four to five weeks starting 10 days after your last test injection.

my problem im in egypt and i just have (Clomid+nolvadex+Pregnyl+Proviron)
so i was thinking about:

Day 1 Clomid 250mg + Nolvadex 60mg
Following 10 days Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
