PCT for 12 week tren/test cycle

Mine is simply a kickstart with HCG then clomid with AIFM throughout ...

Dostinex on hand incase tren sides creep during cycle .
 
With tren ace (especially for that long) prolactin can really hinder recovery. It takes about 3 weeks for the testes to recover (after your LH levels have returned to normal) so I ran 500IU HCG/day for 20 days.

I took 20mg/day of nolvadex along with the HCG to prevent gyno and leydig cell desensitization. Then followed up the HCG/nolva with 100mg/day of clomid for 3 weeks to recover my hypathalamus and pituitary.
 
get you some nolvadex and clomid to run post cycle too, also you can run aromasin post cycle to to help with estrogen rebound
 
I never do PCT after my cycles BUT if i were to do so i would run nolvadex at 20mg for a couple of month or so. I strongly believe in tapper off with a mild anabolic as anavar or winstrol or primo tabs :) , works for me every time.
 
I did about the same cycle not that long ago. My PCT was:

wk1: Clomid 150mg/d (300mg Day 1), Nolva 60mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, LX 75mg/d, Activate
wk2: Clomid 100mg/d, Nolva 40mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, LX 50mg/d, Activate
wk3: Nolva 20mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, LX 25mg/d, Activate
wk4: Nolva 20mg/d, DHEA 100mg/d, Activate
wk5: Nolva 10mg/d, DHEA 100mg/d

It worked great and I also tossed in a little IGF.

I am only taking the tren for the last 6 weeks of my test cycle. sorry i should have clarified.

This is my first cycle, that seems like a lot of pct for someone without any cycles in their history.

cycle history has nothing much to do with PCT......that is not a bad plan he laid out there, i would run some aromasin with it too though.

You'd think at my age recovery would be harder ( 42 ) but i keep the cycles to 6 or 8 weeks max and never had a big crash ...

I would imagine guys running 12 14 18 20 weeks or longer may have atrophy issues a little harder to deal with then i do .

PCT seems a work in progress , something that takes alot of trial and error to figure out . What works for one guys is'nt always the answer for everyone , thats why i find it important to keep a log book of my bio-feedback as a reference to what worked and what did'nt work .

^^ Ain't that the truth!! Good idea about keeping a log book, I do that with my workouts but never thought of doing that with PCT... I'll start now!

By the way, how much HCG and clomid do you do and how long do you run each?

It sounds a bit dorky and most guys think they remember everything but it's a hell of a good idea anyways , i do the same on my cycle with injections and what i feel and when .

I write down my mood , my energy level , acne concerns if any , emotions / like if i have anxiety or depression , how my work out went that day - like did i have any power or shortnesss of breath or was i amazing in the gym .

Add to that what i look like , is my face bloated , do i look flat , do i look like i'm retaining water , am i vascular etc etc etc

After years of training and repeated cycles you can sit down and find patterns they may help guide you in the future , it's pretty plain to see when it's written down .

On a fun note : I can just about peg to the very day when i can fuck all night long like a wild stallion . Very helpfull to line up a Mrs for that period , same goes for the lost libido .... i know when i'm not going to be at my best and plan accordingly .

IE: Don't take out a hot chick to fuck if you can't get it up

I always have a very difficult time with recovery. The last week of the PCT I described to you above (the 3rd week of clomid) I couldn't get a hardon even with 100mg of Viagra.

The week after that was better, about 2 weeks after that I felt fully recovered.

I know that's not a great endorsement, but when I tried PCT without HCG I could go 6 weeks after finishing clomid and still not feel recovered. So the HCG made a huge improvement.

I hear ya...I'm in the same boat...haven't been able to nail a good PCT to date... thought my current one was working nicely, libido and everything for a while....then lost it...plus the clomid sides got pretty bad....after 5 weeks of clomid, I'm running a second round of HCG... stopped the clomid almost a week ago and continuing with AIFM... I'll do this for another week or so and then get blood work after that... hope I do a better job recovering this time around...having low test levels SUCKS!

I guess it might seem like a lot of PCT for someone without any cycles but it has worked well for me in the past and helped me keep most of my gains. I really like Activate for my PCT and I might even toss in some Fenugreek.
