[Strangle Hold]

I've read a lot of posts by drjmw and his knowledge on PCT is awesome.
What I've missed is when on an aromatising cycle and HCG he says to use Arimidex but I dont see how much or how often anywhere. If I missed it sorry but I've been looking for 3 days and can't find it anywhere.
Anti Estrogen during cycle if using HCG ....
Teslac work? What's the best? Cost is not a consideration when my balls are on the line - literally!
I would really appreciate any help on this as I want to follow his PCT to the letter. Also he says to use R-ALA, Macca, Avena Sativa and Milk Thistle - anybody have any favorite brands for these supplements?

for your r-ala, use the Glucorell R from AF (here)....the others just pick well known brands, you'll be fine...

I still dont see the justification on using adex post cycle. On one hand you would think that since there is no test to convert to estrogen then what would the point be. On the other hand I have seen many people who end up with high estrogen levels after there pct. For me i just like to use hcg, nolva and clomid. Any supps you can get are just an added bonus.

I'm going to use 250 iu's of HCG daily during cycle and Nolva post. I'll also be using a lot of supps. I'm still a bit confused on Arimidex....
Is DrJMW saying it's a good idea to use it during cycle and if so how much how often??
Really want to do it right.

I will let the doc answer that, but I would advise you not to use hcg ed. That may be a bit much. It is best used the last two weeks of your cycle.

this is dr.s advice: i use also,
hcg use 2-3x wk during cycle @ 250-500iu depending on your response,
also use arimidex 0.25mg eod and work your way from there if still holding water..
nolva 20-40mg after cycle, (dr doesnt like clomid) i use clomid 50-100mg for a few wks

I RECOMMEND THE THERAPEUTIC DOSE OF 1MG TO 1.5MG DAILY.

MOST EFFECTIVE IS AROMASIN, ARIMIDEX, FEMARA. SOME PEOPLE NEED TO SHIFT AMONG THESE THREE TO FIND THE ONE THAT WORKS BEST. SEEMS THAT AROMASIN AND ARIMIDEX WORK BEST IN MOST CASES.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPPS POST-CYCLE. THAT IS NELSON'S FORTE.
