I am in the planning stages for my first cycle (no i havent started yet, I am getting everything in order so I dont have to worry about something later), I am going to run sust. anywhere between 250-500mg (havent decided on amount, leaning towards 500mg breaking it down into 2 shots per week).
My question is about pct, i've searched the forum/internet and have found a whole hell of alot of different opinions and combinations, not sure what to go on. Here is what i have found thsu far
Option 1)
Clomid 100mg wk1, 50mg wk2, 50mg wk3
Nolva 40mg wk1, 30mg wk2, 20mg wk3
Option 2) Reccommended to me in another post
Anti-e AIFM, aromasin
clomid or nolva
What do you think? Other options?

Height: 6'3"
Wt: 230
Lifting history: Off and on for 4-5 years (during college, just depended on classes and schedule) btu now on a consistant schedule
Goal: Gain lean muscle while trying to bring down bodyfat %, and as far as cycle goes something that will work but also will be a good simple 1 cycle
Diet: Typical diet - eat smaller more frequent meals, lots of protein, low carbs, ect.
BF%-not exactly sure, probably around 15%
