PCT Advice For A Beginner

Hi all, I'm new to the site and I'm considering my first cycle. I've tried to read as much as possible in order to educate myself but all of these numbers/dosages start to get confusing. Here's the basic info of what I'm dealing with. I'm 27 years old, 6'0, 209lbs and have been working out for approximately 6-7 years. I've recently been offered Testosterone Cypionate from a buddy of mine at the gym. I'd be doing a 12 week cycle. I'm considering 2cc a week (250mg on Mon. & Thurs.) Being my first time, I want to do this as correctly/safely as possible, so I want to make sure I have the right PCT plan in place. As of right now, based on my friend's suggestion, I'm leaning toward Nolvadex and HCG. My question is, is this an adequate plan and what would the dosages/schedule be for my PCT? Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Hey man welcome!

PCT should start 2 weeks after your last injection. Nolvadex is a shitty product and you won't recover using it alone.

HCG is great as a kickstart, but isn't designed as a recovery product.

The two weeks leading into your pct you can use an HCG blast to kickstart the following four week pct:

Clomid 25mgs per day
DAA 3 grams per day
Unleashed/Post Cycle combo
Forma Stanozol.


For on cycle you'll need an aromatose inhibitor, such as aromasin (12.5mgs eod) to combat estrogen related sides.
 
The guy offering me this says he only takes HCG for 10 days after he comes off cycle. Then he said "you could take nolvadex too if you want". I'm not too confident in his advice if this is all he's doing... He says he doesn't have any sides from this...

He's full of shit and just so you know nolvadex decreases collagen synthesis meaning it weakens your ligaments, tendons, muscle fibers ect and slows your recovery between workouts, you can listen to him if you don't want to recover and loose most of your gains but I suggest you follow the protocol above if you want to recover properly

Hcg should be blasted 1000iu a week for the two weeks prior to your pct and I would recommend 1000iu of vitamin e a day for those two weeks as well (it enhances the hcg and makes it less suppressive)

Yup he's right^^

Do a 500iu injection on Monday and again on Thursday for the two weeks between your cycle and pct.

This, along with the pct I outlined, is the absolute best way to both effectively recover and keep as much of your gains, while keepibg your endocrine system healthy and fuctioning so that you avoid trt/hrt as long as possible.

Nope, your body gets immune to the effects of hcg very quickly.

If you want production help while on cycle, there is a product called HCGenerate designed specifically for that. Start it in week 5 or 6 and run it all the way up to your 2 week HCG blast.

big bastard has laid it out great mate you can cycle between the hcg and hcgenerate to avoid your body becoming familiar to them. run your cycle like this,
1-12 test split mon/thursday
2-12 aromasin 12.5mg eod
1-4 hcgenerate
5-8 hcg 500ius twice a week
9-12 hcgenerate
PCT.
14-17 clomid 25/25/25/25
14-17 unleashed/postcycle
14-17 formastanzol
14-17 daa powder

cant fail with this and i too would avoid nolva buddy.
