Hi all, I'm new to the site and I'm considering my first cycle. I've tried to read as much as possible in order to educate myself but all of these numbers/dosages start to get confusing. Here's the basic info of what I'm dealing with. I'm 27 years old, 6'0, 209lbs and have been working out for approximately 6-7 years. I've recently been offered Testosterone Cypionate from a buddy of mine at the gym. I'd be doing a 12 week cycle. I'm considering 2cc a week (250mg on Mon. & Thurs.) Being my first time, I want to do this as correctly/safely as possible, so I want to make sure I have the right PCT plan in place. As of right now, based on my friend's suggestion, I'm leaning toward Nolvadex and HCG. My question is, is this an adequate plan and what would the dosages/schedule be for my PCT? Any help is greatly appreciated!
