PC gurus: What vidfile converter keeps the output at the same size as the input format?

[hanselthecaretaker]

I have Movavi Video Converter 5.3 and when I convert a wmv. to mpeg it quadruples the output file size, wtf.

Is there one available that doesn't do this?

Any help is much appreciated, mmmK.
