Guys, I'm tring to lean out, and I'm already fairly lean, just not excatly where I want to to be.
I eat a lot of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches throughout the day. If I had to guess, I would say that I eat about 8 a day. Each one more loaded than the last with PEANUT BUTTER.
What I'm curious to know, is if this is a good idea to do while I am tring to lean out?
I love PB&J, and I really don't want to have to give it up, I am more willing to sacrifice my MRP for another PB&J.
Advice is greatly appreciated.
 
I eat maybe 2 day, I don't think 8 can be too good for your waistline. It all depends on your metabolism i guess.
 
Just take those 8 and make em triple PbJ's. Add an extra slice of bread, more Pb, and a lot more jelly till it oozes out the side onto your shirts. The extra calories in each sandwich will stoke your metabolism thus making your body a metabolic furnace. You'll be ripped in no time. Just make sure you wash that shit down with at least Whole milk.

yes, of course I am serious.
I need to lean out, but I also need to eat Peanut butter and jelly.
I was talking to some guys in the gym the other day and they told me that I should eat more little meals throughout the day. So I got to thinking and came up with this: 6 meals a day, each one containing 2 PB&J's and 12oz. of Lays potato chips. Then 3 of the 6 meals would also be a diet soda instead of regular soda.

So, what do you think? Would that help me get lean.


DOT, the pizza is out of the question, if you want o lean out then pizza is horrible for you, although DD bowties can be great to give you an insulin spike after your workouts, just keep them to a minimum, like a vakers dozen or so, but no more than that, cuz any more would just be ridiculous.

Pauly you a genious, I don't know why I have not talked to you before,but my god man, where have you been all my life. This is classic advice, classic I tell ya. I'm on it right now, I will start a thread later to let you know how it all pans out.
I will email Mr. Speelwin right away to let him know of the knowledge you posses, and maybe let you become a Moderator.
 
Dude, your like me kinda because I consume about 6 to 8 waffle PB&J sandwiches a day too. I don't think it dose any damage to my waistline very much becuase of my metabolism at 21 is still great, but I bet if we left them out of are a daily diet we would have better or faster results.
 
Damn! How many times you think someone made a up thread addressing peanut butter???? :p It's good stuff isn't it.
 
Speaking of Smashed Nuts, ...:smash: anyone ever hit one of those Natural Food stores with the bins of Bulk stuff?
Especially the bins of bulk Natural Peanut Butter.
Cruncy, Smooth, Extra Crunchy and my all time favorite is the Cashew butter.
Just like peanut butter but made from cashews.
They also have Walnuts, pecans and pistachio Butter..

The store brand stuff is loaded with Sugar and Hydrogenated Fats(the worst)...

Give Cashew butter a try....
