PayPal says no?????????

Hey bros. I tried to order something for one of my cows and Paypal tells me that the 'recipient is unable to receive funds'. Ever had this happen before??

Maybe they don't have their account set up to accept funds? I know you have to sign up specially to be able to have people send funds to your account. If it isn't that, I don't know.

Well, this is someone who routinely receives funds via PayPal, so I was wondering if he's over the limit or out of business--basically if this is temporary or long term.

I understnad there is a guy who paypal was trying to screw over so he is taking his account elsewhere. I think he posted something about it on the fina board. Try checkin over there.
