Pat Green in town....

Pat still plays at the club where I work, maybe twice/year, even though it's only a 300-seat room. I guess he likes us. I enjoy working with him and his crew, they're good people. He makes about a tenth as much money here as he can pull in a large venue, but we were good to him before he was famous, so he keeps coming back.

pat green rocks.

The first time I had the pleasure of seeing Pat play was outside of Arkadelphia, AR about 6 years ago, in a cow pasture on a flatbed trailer !! He stayed all the following day pickin and singing on the couch at the frat house....and of course recovering from the "Givens family picnic" !!

Haha, I'm just a couple of hours up I-30 from there.

Pat Green shows in a small club are funny -- at the end of the night, when we turn up the lights and chase everyone out, the place is wall-to-wall empty Bud Lite bottles.

Hmm, that sounds vaguely familiar, but these shows all start running together in my mind after a while.

Show was awesome.....had a great time. We went with about 6 other couples from work. Concert was at a outside amp, sound was awesome...weather was about 68 with a nice breeze. My wife fell in love.....with me of course all over again!! Road goes on forever and the party never ends..!!!
