I actually moved the blond girl as desktop item.
Then it was spooky because it was always there. I am not the only one who uses this PC.
I couldn't cover it with another screen saver. Couldn't find the file in my desktop items. I had to keep open a window and move on top of the jiggling blond to cover it.
Finallh, I selected the area by drawing a box on it with a cursor. The select box created an arrow at one end and clicking on it closed the file and the jiggling blond was gone.
Spooky and Scary.
