paper Winni

Has anyone used the paper Winni. How is it to the liquid? Since it is some much cheaper I was looking to try it. Also, how much of Winni can an avg. person take with out worring about the dry joints side affects. I know taking Dec will help is there anything else that will help that side effect? Thanks

Paperstrol,as well as all the other paper products KICK ASS.Up to 30mgs/day is not too unbearable on the joints,past that point cortisol starts depressing enough to dry out the synovial fluid in the capsules.Deca is your best bet for relief,as it has cortisol-like effects on synovial fluid excretion.
