I am all for paper product. Again I depends who your supp is but my guys 50mg papervar is the bomb. I also am currenlty taking 10mg Paperstrol which is easy to take doesn't mess with my stomach and seems to be the shit!!!

I have seen a lab test and no they are not accurate.
