yes, In my experience of using RC's paper products, I would say that they are the same quality as regular orals, I was never disappointed with any paper products that I used

They are exactly the same as tablets as the active ingredient is suspended on paper rather than compressed with filler into a tablet. As long as the same amount of active ingredient is used as with a tablet then no difference whatsover.

Many many lab tests of paper products have proved that they are 100% as long as you get from the right place
