...not to speak for the guy, but I believe that the man who provides it is on a much deserved vacation...
I've used the winni and it is definitely good stuff, plus it'll make it through customs every time (if you keep the order relatively small). If you live in a country that's got over-achieving customs inspectors this alone can make it worth the little extra it might cost you.

I use the paperbol stuff and love it actually I just got some more the other day.......mmm
