pantothenic acid while cycling

how much to prevent acne? dont have a bad problem just one or two once in a while but into my second week of my cycle and just wanna be precuatious..what amount should i use i have the 500mg caps it says 1 day but i hear use more....

Use 4-5 grams a day at least. I am at 4 grams and it works real well.

If you are getting acne from AS it may help a little but don't expect too much. He's right though 4-5 grams a day.

Don't be afraid to go higher if it gets bad. I usually use 10g a day until acne subsides before returning to 3-5g.
