panothenic acid for acne?

A lot of guys have said they got good results from it.
I took it for over 3 months at about 7 grams a day and it didn't seem to help at all with acne. It depends on the individual I guess.

The way it helps is that it dries out the skin to make it harder to get acne. But person with extremely oily skin still tend to get them. I used it as high as 10grams a day and it did the job, then backed down to 2.5grams to maintain. Usually if it is going to work you start high then once you got it under control you just use a little to maintain. But like someone said, it depends on the person if it will work or not.

It didn't do jackall for me. I had so much acne before. I guess it works for others but not me I don't know why.
I got rid of all my acne now and it's not coming back after using a sulpher based dermatological soap. It's called Acne Aid. I tried everything else even accutane and nothing worked until I used this soap.
Now I have NO acne.

It's workin pretty good for me now, i might get an occasional pimple, but it's all good. I'm doing probably around 7-10grams a day, powdered form.
Hey Asia.. sup with that sulfer soap bro? Only a derm can get it for you or is it over tha counter?
P.S. sup with ur website man?? It won't let me enter in. Just all thse weird numbers and letters flying around. Look pretty nice though.

Works great for me! I used capsules before at 10g ED, now I have an injectable vitamin B mix that I hit at 1cc ED post cycle at the first sign of acne flair up. It'll be gone in about 3-4 days. Skin gets REALLY dry though. After about a week of that, I hit 1cc EOD or when I need an energy boost. The difference between injectable and oral is night and day

I do not know if the derm soap is prescription only in the States. I live in China remember?? Here we can get everything.
As for the website, sometimes it takes a while to load. Click the image in the middle and the screen will shake, then wait till the page loads. Envy.nu is not the fastest host but they give free hosting with no banners so I use them.

Trevdog I am using b-12 right now and no it does not sting. Also been on it for a few days and have not noticed any change in the little bit of break out I do have.....
As far as where to get it see if you can get a Dr to get it for you. Right now I have a person in the medical field that gets it for me.

I went through a ten week cycle with it (only 12 amps of sust) and didn't get any acne. I used 3 - 5 grams a day of PA. Now comes the real challenge in a week or so.. clomid !!
