So past couple months I've been getting back to strict 5-7 meals a day totaling about 4k calories clean on average. Also take a protein shake before bed.
I've been waking up a lot around this time (2:30 am) with INCREDIBLE hunger! I just grabbed a chicken salad I had in the fridge and downed it all... is this a good or bad thing? Who else gets this, what do you eat, and what can I do to fight this off?
*edit* Forgot to mention, in the last month I've dropped 5 lbs BF is standing at about 13%, lean mass has stayed the same. Goal is to drop to 10-11% before pursuing more LBM.
6'0 195 lbs, 23 yo Male, all natural, no supps (protein shakes only), trained 5-6 years, took last 2 years off, got back on the health & fitness trolley late February/early March.
