Quick story guys:
I have been reading alot of muscular pain related problems and I though I would share some info. Many years ago I recked my shoulder benching heavy, I had an extreme sharp pain from then on just performing the movement with any amount of weight. Long story short I went to every doc and they all said your fucked stop training.. Sad thing is most doc aren't trained in soft tissue injury, even chiro's have limited knowledge. Anyways went to the gym and they had a massage therapist there, it was a simple fix to him, he worked the infraspanatis muscle which is on the back of the scap and rotates the arm.. basically I had adhesions and severe trigger points in this area from the injury, with in 3-4 weeks of treatment he had pretty much relieved all pain and restored me back to health..I then went on to alot of schooling to learn all the special techniques to treat soft tissue injury and must say that 90% of injuries that I have seen can be completely corrected over time, at the same time doctors will tell the patient that it's all over.. Just food for though guys if ya have some major injuries go to a soft tissue specialist as they will manually correct the injury not mask it with drugs..
