pain during breathing

so last night, i injected prop. and although i aspirated, i have a feeling that some (not sure how much) got into my blood stream because after i injected i tasted it as i sometimes do. well, a little later i noticed that when i take deep breathes i notice that my lungs feel some pain. during normal breathing volumes, i feel nothing, but when i take a deep breath i feel some pain in the bronchioles it seems in my chest. if you've ever done intense exercise, and noticed pain during deep breathing afterwards, this is sort of what it's like. but i hadn't done any exercise that day, so i'm a bit confused. is it possible that the oil got into my blood stream and some got into my lunges?
