Because he was probably thinking that he can go inside and ask for some deca/winny/d-bols/arimedex/clomid/and whatever else he can think of and just pay for it with no questions asked.

Sometimes people don't know, so they come here and ask instead of going into the pharmacy and looking like an idiot.
