All prohormones should be taken with food and food that contains fat. One study showed that the bioavailablity of progesterone (another steroid) was increased 2 fold when it was consumed with food versus an empty stomach.
I also think you should take both together but it might not matter that much.

can you give a general recomendation on how much fat should be in the meal? Also is there any foods that should NOT be taken at the same time (fiber for example)? Thanks
