Needles are legal. At least where I live. I don't know, do you live where they are restricted like California?

If so, that might be a problem. However, if not, it's like ordering vitamins since they are legal.

If it is domestic, it is pretty safe.

Remember, by using a PO box you're stacking charges if you get snagged. If you use one you can be charged Federally.
