P.O Box Question???

Is it possible to open a PO Box and just have mail thats addressed to the PO box go there?...so its like not changing my whole address...

when i was staying at my parents not long ago, i opened a PO box to get stuff they shouldn't be rifling through sent to. i try and tell them its a federal offense...but having the same name as your dad makes it difficult to press charges. lol. BTW: also on this subject....is it better to get a PO box in the normal suburb PO or get one down the road in cowtown sugarcane field land outpost PO???? both are same distance from me in opposite directions. didn't know if it made any difference.
