no smartass its for my B/F well i read posts where people got good results taking SPA & BTG at 7.5 mg versus 30mg of *P hard to belive but searched and came up with a few threads like that posted. I guess the real deal are more potent regardless of the MG amount on each pill

Spa or BTG, so the best choice would be the cheapest of those two. This depends on availability and where you live.

But it is like the Winny's. The Zambon's are best but everyone uses the Winny-V.

True, but let's not overdo this. No way 7.5 mgr of BTG will give better performance then 30 mgr of **.

You cannot nail that one down, because one guy had great gains with the BTG's. We will never know if the same guy would not have the same gains with one yellow tab.
