As a first time user of CLEN what type o dosage would you guys reccomend?? I think they are .20mcg per tab.

Start with 2 or 3 tabs and then work your way up- 1 more everyday. Take it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I used oxy clen and didn't think it did much- i think spiro is the better brand. Not totally sure though.
