There was a thread about this a couple of months ago, I think. Anyway I used it a few years ago and made the mistake of being on the lake all day. I had one hell of a sunburn and nearly ended up in kidney failure. I had to take steroids(prednisone) for 3 weeks. It was miserable. So the point is, you have to be really careful after you take the pills and not over expose yourself to sunlight or tanning beds. There is no way you want to stay in a tanning bed more than a few min.s or you will burn up.
