Ox Cycle Options, please advise

So, what would YOU do if you had 400 5mg ox tabs. I originally planned to go 30mg/day for 66 days. Then I thought maybe 25mgs/day for 80 days. Now Im thinking maybe go 20mgs/day until it "kicks in", and then up the dosage. Something like 20mgs/day for 28 days, then once it kicks in, 40mg/day for the remaining 36 days (equaling 64 days). Any thoughts??? Any advice/tips hugely appreciated, peace
 
keep in mind that Im in it for the strength increases, and dont need any mass at all, which seems it might make lower dosages more "fitting" for my goals. Maybe 20mg/day for 100 days?? Kinda scared of such a long cycle though, leaning towards the 25m/day for 80 days.
 
Why 40mg day for such a short time? It often doesnt even kick in til week 4 , so Id really only have 2 "worthy" weeks. You did see that Im NOT looking for mass right?
 
i saw keep the levels constant for better results 30-40mgs/day will be good
 
Yeah, Ill probably go the 30mg/day for 66 days route. Theres definitely no advantage to taking a somewhat smaller dose til it "kicks in" and then upping the dosage??? Just seems like it would make sense, but what do I know. Any more opinions? Id be especially interested in some advice/tips from a "combat athlete" who's done ox cycles(Boxer/MMAer/KickBoxer/Grappler) or any other type of athlete for that matter (sprinters, etc). Thanks

That's not true. It "kicks in" as soon as you start taking it. But you don't normally see the results until about the 4th week. Most of what you will gain will come on in 6 weeks. You will see better results at 40mg for 6 weeks than 20mg a day for 12 weeks...just to put it into persective.

Well, the strength increases surely dont "kick in" as soon as you start taking it. Those are the only "results" im looking for, and the longer they last, the happier Ill be. Which "results" are you referring to? Mass gains?? And what about 40mg for 6 wks. vs. 30mg for about 9 weeks?? Strength increase and boxing workout recovery are my only goals. (although I wont complain if I lose some abdominal fat as I hear happens with ox)
 
I'm not a pro athlete and don't have any personal experience with ox, but from what i've read about it, and what you seeem to want to achieve, I vote for 30mg for 66days.
or hell, scrap it all together and send them to me for disposal, hehe
 
Yeah, since I cant get many opinions on this, Im just gonna say F it and give it all to someone who better knows what to do with it. Whats your address dude?? ;)
 
If you are looking for pure strength you would be better off with a test/tren stack, like the one Barnett pissed hot on. Just watch your calorie's really closely so you don't gain any unwanted weight. What is your weight class?
 
seriously though, Ive seen a lot of older posts w/people saying stuff like "ox isnt even worth it until you get to the 12-16 week cycles" I think it was "jeff_rys", and many agreed. How about this to make it easy, just post the number you would suggest, keeping in mind Im only in it for strength increase, fat loss, and quicker recovery from boxing workouts(mostly anaerobic-lots of plyos and sprints, 2x a week lifting, sparring):

#1) 20mg/day for 100 days

#2) 25mg/day for 80 days

#3) 30mg/day for 66 days

Denkall, sure as hell wish I could afford BTG, but not with the job I got now. Maybe papervar next time though, isnt that supposedly SPA quality ox?

Im a Cruiser (under 190, at the weigh in that is, walk around at about 215). Im telling you though, Im gonna be training hard during this cycle, and this is something I absolutely cannot do on tren. I get those real bad lower back pumps, and my cardio goes out the window. Cant do it, but thanks for the tip. I only use tren when im WAY off-season. I get fina-noodle pretty bad too, so I think Im done with the old tren, until cialis gets real cheap or something. peace

KO don't bother with a test/tren stack if your going to be doing alot of cardio/training. I train MMA/BJJ and have done a few Ox only cycles and they are perfect. Of course you won't get huge, and you wont get as strong as as test/tren stack, -but you will maintain muscle/strenght (even gain some strength), it will be very easy on your body, you don't have to worry about est. suppresion(i.e l-dex which is horrible for the heart and your going to be doing alot of cardio). Since it's the DK I would say go up to 35mg's/day and run it until you run out. Take 15mg's when you wake up , 10 mid day , and 10 before bed - you will enjoy
 
So one more option, 35mgs for 57 days. Maybe Ill start a poll. Why would u suggest 35mgs for a shorter time than, say, 25 or 30 for a longer time. Isnt it basicall the longer the better with ox ??? and isnt the 40mg/day "golden dosage" more for mass gains?
 
I've been on Denkall Ox for just over 3 weeks. Started @ 30mg/ed, upped to 35mg after 1 week. Wasn't happy, so I went to 40mg on the 19th day. 40mg does the trick for me! 35mg felt ok, but 40mg feels better.

Well just i said up it to 35 because that seems to be THE MINIMUM that people are happy with when using the DK. Nsash just made the same statement before. i was saying that was a happy medium between say 25 mg's for 80 days or 40-45 for 7 weeks or less. 35 seems to be the"magic number" for generic ox, and you could run it for a solid 8 weeks. If you could get one more bottle you could run 40-45 for 8 weeks I think you would be very satisfied
