overtraining on test.. breathing squats.

I just started doing these.

Can I do these every week? Or am I asking for an overtrained state.. even on test?

Should I alternate breathing with heavy 4-5 rep sets every other week?

I do them every week natural and I'm fine, I just do 1 set though.

Whoops, what I meant to say should I alternate "breathing squats" with standard 5 rep squats. Of course I breathe on all of my squats, but what I meant by breathing squats if you've never heard of them is, you load up a weight that is relatively difficult to get 12 reps for, then you take as meany breaths as necessary between reps to complete 20 reps.
 
I call those 20 reps squats, but call them what you want. I do those everytime I do squats. Once a week.

Ok, LOL. When do them I do them every week. Great change up if you feel burnt out from going heavy.

It takes a real man and alot of heart to do those, good boy.

I did them for three sets, adding 10lbs everytime I got my 20. My leg routine for the day didn't include too much else after - LOL. Those will f'n kill you.

THREE sets?! Holy hell. Your BP must have been 200/150.
