yeah went to the docs today, because i have been getting very tired, and the last 3 days my body just feels sore all over, legs arms, chest evrything. and then there were 2 lumps that have come up on the back of my neck. so i went and she said its a classic case of getting run down, main signs are the lumps on my neck witch are glands that have swolen up. due to work, nightlife, and my non stop lifting these days have just taken its toll on my body. so dang a few early nights and a nice hot bath should do me fine.
 
Think about deloading too. Take a week where you only go twice to the gym and do about half of your normal workout.
 
come on man u say you party so much. you shouldve seen my childhood. alcohol was my main meal. nothing bad happened to me. suck it up, lol
 
Indeed, what was I thinking? Stop being such a wuss. There are parties to party at and gyms to kill shit at. Get off your arse and have fun.

i thought you had my health in mind lol. na all i did last night was watch SPY HARD !! :) and Lost. and im still pritty fucking tired, anyone else had this ? and if so how long does it last ?

take a week off from everything you can... for real. When you burn the candle at both ends you can fuck yourself up and all that fun can come to a stop permanently.

If you've really dug yourself into a deep hole it can last weeks. Being young helps and you might get away with just a few days. Make sure you're getting a daily multi-vit but don't OD on them. Eat reasonably clean and try to relax your mind: walk by the river, go to the zoo, all that tranquil gubbins. Just chill out and you won't even notice getting up one morning with too much energy again.
