Ouch my wrist! Cycle Advice

Ok so I have had this problem with my wrist for 2 years now ever since I got into heavier lifting. It's my left wrist and anytime I move up in heavier weight it seems to start to ache. I've been told that theres nothing that I can do about it, I've just been working around it....Anyways I'm planning on starting a cycle shortly and I'm afraid that my "bitch" wrist wont be able to handle the extra weight. Should I be concerned? Also a few questions about my cycle.

I currently have:
two 10 ml of test testosterone cypionate 200mg
105 10mg Dianabol - methandrostenolone - tabs
Big bottle of liquid Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - and plan on ordering some sustain soon.

This is pretty much my first cycle considering I have only done a Dianabol - methandrostenolone - only cycle which was about 6 months ago. It went pretty well no sides, I kept about 5lbs.

I'm 6'1 200 lbs I don't really know my bf but i cannnot see my abs too well.
I'm 22 and have been training since I was 16.

So should I run it like this?
1-5 Dianabol - methandrostenolone - 30mg ed
1-10 test 200mg split up monday and thursday
or
1-10 test 400mg split monday and thursday and save the Dianabol - methandrostenolone - for another bulker
 
imo bro i would see a doc first before hopping on cycle because theres no doubt you will be moving up in the weights when you hop on so you dont wanna fuck your wrist up completely half way thru your cycle

Yeah I have...all that they have ever said is that I "strained" my wrist and its nothing to worry about, just put some heat on it and take a break from training for a few days. Maybe its time that I invest in some wrist wraps?
 
yer i was gona say have you tried strapping your wrists.. it would be worth a shot. do you have any other joint problems? i was thinking maybe you would wanna hit up glucosamine/chondroiton/msn to help with joint pains.. its not a miriacle cure but over time it can help. it helped me with my knee.
 
Nope no other joint problems, just this damn bitch wrist. I've never had ANY problems but my wrist. Any advice on where to order good wrist wraps? Also any input on my cycle question would be great! :)

as long as you diet is spot on you will make great gains with 400mg a week for 10 weeks, even 300 a week but seeing your gear is 200mg/ml just easier to do 1ml on mon and 1ml on thurs. no need for the dbol imo save it for another cycle. have an AI on hand and have your p c t lined up and you should be good to go.
 
Thanks 8and20 I definitely need to order some. Thanks for the advice xrsist, I planned on ordering some dex. Man I want to use that dbol I know its good stuff but I'll wait until next time.
 
I sometimes get pain in my left forearm from pushing my grip to much. Tape helps around the wrist as do straps. Might wanna look into glucosamine as well that shit works for most people. Also the cyp bro, me and everyone i know thats used it around here says there joints hurt like fuck after being on it for a while. Just be careful with it.

Thanks for the advice i taped up my wrist today, didnt hurt so much. Man that makes me paranoid about the cypionate....
 
Thanks guys I'm not a fan of gloves but I'm going to consider these because my wrist sucks. I know if I didn't have this problem I would be moving a lot more weight around.
