ouch....my arm is killing me!

ok, as you all know im a complete newbie and idiot. so i took my first shot in the arm of sus 250. i dont know if we got it in the wrong place or what, but its hurting pretty bad. this is the day after. when i woke up this moring it was killing me and is still hurting. i used a 25g 5/8" needle to inject it with, like you guys said to use. and i took the shot kinda like at the top part of my tricept.
my tri that i did the inject into is like bigger than the other arm alrady. several people commented on it today.
im just wondering if we put it in the wrong spot, or what. cuz damn this hurts
can anyway tell me exactly where to inject it?

Well, don't worry your just not used to it. But I prefer bi' injects and they are less painfull.
