taraxatone works well. Stay away from the artificial sweetners-especially diet sodas. Sweetners such as equel cause the body to release more estrogen which leads to extra water retention (my doctor told me this last week).It sucks because I use artificial sweetners in tea, oatmeal, coffee, and sugar free desserts sometimes.

hey thanks NYBodyguard, actually unless you are advertising for you place i found it at www.bodybuilding.com for a few dollars cheaper and there shipping is low to...i have ordered from there before and everything always got here real fast thanks for the info though
