Wouldnt you think that people with cortisol dificiency would be huge? Cortisol alone isnt responsible for eating muscle away.

No.

It eats muscle, dosent build.

You know that.

Using that logic. You could say
My house dosent have termites. It should be massive.

Phosphotidylserine is a cortisol supressor. Many of the OTC cortisol blockers contain phosphotidylserine as an ingredient (AKA MuscleLinc's Cort-Bloc, Relacore, etc.)

A perscribed medication is cytadren, which is used in the treatment of Cushing's syndrome. Cytadren inhibits the build up of androgens, estrogens, and the suprarenal cortical hormones (glucocorticoids and mineralocorticoids). Some bodybuilders use it in a 2 day on/2 day off protocol at the end of a cycle of strong androgens/anabolics, such as anadrol, to prevent the body from cannibalizing muscle gains.

But I assume you're interested using a cort bloc while dieting.

Some OTC products:
1. CortiCept Rx™
2. TheraStress™
3. CortiDrene™
4. Relacore™
5. CortiSlim™

Good luck bro.

I said, deficiency of cortisol. You get it? If you lack cortisol in your body, why wouldnt one get big. Understand? I know cortisol eats muscle, I'm talking about deficiency. Learn how to read.

vitamin C at a couple grams a day is supposed to help block excess cortisol production.

Larger amounts of Vitamin C lower manganese levels and aid greater insulin production in those
capable of producing insulin, which may be beneficial for Type II diabetics, but it would worsen those
with hypoglycemic tendencies that exhibit low sodium, since sodium slows insulin response, so high

intake of Vitamin C would create larger insulin spikes.
