OT: Question for Ziplip Users

I have been seeing this message sent from Ziplip:

"[email protected]>: host mail.ziplip.com[128.242.109.119] said: 552
Recipient [email protected] does not have receive mail privilege (in
reply to RCPT TO command)"

What does this mean? I would receive an email from this person and then reply. After sending the reply, I get the above message. Any help appreciated.

i get the same response from an account i have not used for a year or so. obviously the account is able to send mail, but may not receive mail. maybe they they have a policy similiar to cyber-rights.net, where your account is crippled when you do not use it for 3 weeks
RCPT TO is the standard command your mail server issues to the destination server to tell him the recepient's name. but the error is non-standard, i have never seen this text on any other than a ziplip mailserver

Ihave a ziplip account and have not heard of this. Possibly the person you are sending to does not accept unsecure email and that is why it is sent back to you.
