OT: Important Note about 3rd Party Email Servers

Since I am hearing impaired, I am very reliant upon using email for 99% of my communications with others. I have frequently come across three frustrations: 1. People who allow their inboxes to exceed their limits, thereby disallowing others to reach them. Simple solution: delete the garbage and move the ones that you need to save onto your computer. Storing them onsite will decrease your allowable memory. 2. People who allow their email addys to expire by not logging on every week. Once the old email addy expires, these same folks should update their new email addresses as quickly as possible--no different than update their mailing addresses when they move. 3. When you notice that you are receiving responses to your emails, assume the problems lies with your server, not the recipient. Just some frustrations from 10 years of using email.
