ordering my christmas presents....

my cutting cycle......any suggestions

I'm 6'2 299lbs....my bf% is a very personal issue....but it is soon time to cut up. This is what I am considering:

weeks 1-10 test cyp 500mgs
weeks 3-8 fina 75mgs EOD
weeks 1-10 arimidex .25mg ED

I'll have clomid and nolva this time around in hand before i start. Is there anything that I should or change....what are some other options to consider....this would be my second cycle.

i would do the fina from weeks 6-10 and do some winny from weeks 8-12. start clomid once the winny is done. other than that i would keep everything the same. if u have high bodyfat though bro might want to up the arimidex dose to .5mg every day. high bodyfat levels means more estrogen as alot of the test is aromatized into estrogen in bodyfat cells

IMO, you are good with .25 MG arimidex.

I would recommend adding the winny. It has some nice effects with the Fina.

Looks solid other wise.

needing more input on the arimidex....

should i up the dose or leave it where it is....as far as the fina...a friend had mentioned upping it from EOD to ED for 8 weeks....needing input....thanks guys.

you'll def. need to take some winny with it if you go to everyday on the fina. armidex won't do a thing for progesterene side effects. the winny will stop this. i've heard that you can even take as little as 10mg of winny every other day to stop progesterene. (sp?)

You need the winny at the end of you cycle. And definately throw in an ECA stack. If you ran an ECA stack the full lenght of your cycle uping the dose as much as you could handle along with some cardio and a good diet. You should be ripped by the end.

and it may not hurt to do a 14 day DNP run at the end or even right before you cycle and at the end.

I would not be concerned as much about the dosage as I would about running it ED. IMO it should be ran every day. I know everyone says that EOD is fine. But to ensure your blood concentration levels are the same. GO ED.

Concerning fina - ED at 37.5mg is noticably better than EOD at 75mg. Of course 8 weeks of ED injections sucks.

try making the fina ED if you can

I would go with prop instead of cyp. I would try something like this


Weeks 1-8 50-75mg prop ed
Weeks 1-8 75mg fina ed
Weeks 3-8 Winny 50mg ed
Weeks 1-9 .5mg arimidex or liquidex ed
Then clomid 3 days after your last fina injecion.

You can run clen 2 weeks on, then do 2 weeks ECA. Limit your carbs and keep your protein high. Do cardio 5 times per week, each session 30-40 mins @ 65% max HR. Best of luck whatever you decide to do.

Leaving off the arimidex and running winny ED throughout the cycle. Leaving fina EOD but for ten weeks.

Try this little combo....

test cyp 500mg 1-8
fina EOD 75mg 3-10
winny tabs 50 mg ED 3-10

You need to stop the test cyp. about two weeks before the end of your cycle....It is a long acting ester and will prolong the time before you can start your Clomid. That is very important if you want to keep your gains. The fina and whinny are short acting, and the Clomid can be taken 2-3 days after your last fina shot. By that time the test is de-esterfied and you are good to go!

By the way, a little Nolvadex on hand wouldn't hurt during your cycle....even if you use Armidex.
