Most oral steroids taken in sane doses are very safe. There are precautions you can take if your overly concerned with your liver or have a suspect liver to begin with but if you keep to reasonable doses and run for a few weeks and not months then you shouldn't see any adverse side effects. As to winny specifically it is no different in this regard when taken orally. I prefer to take it orally as suffer with post injection pain from winny when running the injectible.

keep dosages within reason and you will have no problems...most men,,50-100mg daily.
