I'm doing 50mg in the morning, and 50mg in the evening before bed. I'm stacking it with Fina, 75mg/ed and Test Cyp. My knees are a little stiff. But it's no big deal. When i do squats or lower body or run, i just do 10 minutes of real light jogging on the treadmill and stretch for another 10 minutes. My knees and joints feel as good as new. By the way, good strength gains from the whinny.
