oral winny and kidneys

How toxic is oral winny on the kidneys? Mine are hurting on the 1st day of taking it. I drank almost 2 gallons of water, anybody know why?

Should have little bearing on kidney function,and in all honesty it's a little early to be seeing ANY sides IMO...Perhaps there's something amiss with the gear.

Sorry-I couldn’t resist the bad joke, seriously I think I feel pain the first day on winny even though I know it is my imagination.
