hey guys i need some help with this one,
i have 180 ot tabs 25mgper tab,50mlsof100mgperml tren,and t-3
i want to lean out and harden up,how should i run these???
size is not important, i am 6'1 260lbs @15%bf i have all the size i need i am 38yo ihave 6 cycles under my belt, sust,eq enanth,deca and so on. what i am looking for here is to get lean and hard,i am also open to diet suggestions. any help here would be greatly appreciated.
