This stuff ROCKS! I just received 2 of them yesterday and have my first one today. This is YUMMY stuff!

Chocolate and Mint, what a combination made in heaven.
 
for the canadians
pvl makes a chocolate mint aswell and its awesome,cant compair the two but Im sure ON is great aswell
 
I use the site www.ShapeFit.com whenever I am looking for anything to do with health and fitness. Their site is kind of like a hub for anything and everything oriented with fitness, etc. Not only do they have Optimum Nutrition products, but I even found stop-smoking stuff and Viagra without a prescription there!! Hope this helps.....
 
It's certainly a godsend. Double Rich Chocolate is good too. I'm a bit pissed because my Choc Mint is chunky. The powder sits on the top of my milk and just gets clumped together until I stir it for 2 minutes. If anyone gets this, try shaking the 5 lb. tub. It will help it somewhat. Still, it happens, and it sucks. It's probably just a poorly made batch. My double rich chocolate - I pour the milk in, BOOM! The shit's practically mixed already.

hahha...it is the best....well, actually, GNC makes this pretty f-ing good cookies N cream protein......you can get a small jug of it (15 servings) for like 10 bucks and cheaper this week...not that I frequent there too often, just in emergencies...........one problem......its a soy isolate, so I use it very sparingly.......
 
not the steroid company,we actually have a supplement company called pvl up here that sells really good gourmet protein powders

Do they have stores ? and a web site ?
 
Ive found it in nutrition house stores,gnc sells some kinda of it but for a 20 $ mark up

as for web sites it looks like canadianvitamins.com is going to be the best bet,but I pay less than that at nutrition house
 
Optimum nutrition does have superior flavors. I just finished my tub of double rich chocolate and went with a different brand - what a mistake. It tastes like reeses peanut butter cups when ANPB is mixed in....sooo good.

The chocolate mint seems to mask the flavor of everything I have to put in it.
 
I'm always plugging the choc mint! I didn't know they had it until I heard on here, and now every other post of mine is about ON choc mint! Good stuff!!

I just ordered another 6 bottles of the stuff and now I have my brother hooked on it as well! I'm going to work on the rest of the gym orbs next.

I consume 4300 kcals per day, and only 2 protein shakes a day. One mid-morning and one just before bed. I just hate running out. I live in an Italian household. You should SEE the pantry. ;)
 
gratzi........hahah...I'm the same way......pack rack.....I always buy wayyy too much because I hate running our of anything! Italianos unite!

although I only use my ON for post workout nutitiion.............its whey......fast!
 
How soon are you trying the cookies and cream?? Keep us posted when you try it! These flavors sure have come a long way since I starting taking this stuff!

I bought mine from a Nutri-Mart, which used to be a Nutri-Sport.
 
NutriSport or NutriMart is very reasonably priced, and I dont mind giving my business to them. GNC on the other hand, I dont even like to talk about that store.
 
I like the people who own this store. They're very nice and make sure I have or obtain what I want. It's convenient and the little bit they make over it is fine by me.
 
ON vanilla = average taste

just got the cookies n cream..let me just say i am not a fan of vanilla..but i do not care for the cookies n cream kinda had a bad after taste good thing i only ordered the 2lber and its cheap lol..anyway ill stick to my choco and choco mint ty very much!!

Just got my new flavor too..........it's a B-..........hate it str8 up, but toss it in my am steel cut, and it's not too bad........mint still takes the cake........why don't they make a PB whey???????? Or is there one out there?

you would think that would be a no brainer..im pretty sure someone makes it..but i put a tbspn of natty pb in my shake its good
 
i have wanted to try ot but vitamin shoppe dont carry it and i am anti gnc so i dont go there...lil
