PCT is EF speak for "Post Cycle Therapy" I think. If it works for you stick with it. I've tried it, and it only delays the inevitable for me. I lost all my gains on my test only cycle because I had a hernia and needed to have it repaired. Even if I hadn't of had that problem, most Test only gains aren't easily retained. I'd have to write a book on all the reasons why, and there's way more qualified people to do the authoring.

I'm not saying no one can do it. I'm saying I've never met that person. Most powerlifters will lose at least 10% of their strength post cycle.
