Okay, a lil background first. I have now been working as a web designer in the technology industry for 3 years gaining good experience working for a software development company doing web development on the client side from the ground up, such as brand identity, content management, all html, javascript, dhtml, css coding as so on. Also I have spent about 8 months freelancing for the likes of pfizer and aol time warner doing graphics and content management, navigation, color scheme etc.
Now for the past year or so I have REALLY begun to take a liking more like a loving to the whole health and fitness industry. I go home from work and read about the glycemic index as opposed to working on learning some new application for work. Now I do love what I do when I am working more on the graphical aspect of development but 7 months ago I got pushed out of my full time job now I have been surviving doing the freelance thing a few days a week, so I decided to get my physical training certification, but now as I have further pursued this speaking with numerous gyms, I see the demand and the level of commitement it takes to stay and be successful are higher than I expected.
Basically I'm at a crossroads in my career and I haven't a fuckin clue what to do, give up my career, my stability, 3 years of experience, for a passion that might be a risky venture and also I'm not quite sure I wanna work in a gym my whole life. I don't know???
Any suggestions??
