i have done some juice in the past, i always like to keep it simple. i am planning to take 1 shot of primoteston 250 and a shot of deca 200 for 10 weeks. i am going to take nolvadex and T-3 and take clomid at the end. can i get some ideas on how to take the cytomel so i don't destroy my thyroid.

King, there are hundreds of posts on this, just do a search. It's been hased and rehashed and blended and spit out the other side and put back in. Safe = max 50mcg/day. Up to without problems reported by users: 120mcg/day. Paranoid dose: 12mcg/day.

why are you taking t3...i dont see a need for it unless you are gonna do a show. i would bump the deca up to 300mg/wk...200mg/wk just isnt enough.

jc21, some of us have a HARD time losing bodyfat. Even with a diet in check, and ECA/Clen, we still don't even get below 10%, sometimes 12%. If the guy wants to run T3, I say let him. It's nowhere near as dangerous as some people seem to think it is (based on what evidence, I've never seen), and it can really help in fat loss.

i dont buy that for a second...if you need t3 to lose weight you are lazy. or let me put it this way...imo if you need it to make yourself look good then you need to check out your priorities. if your calorie intake is low enough you will lose weight no matter what.

Hmmm.. ok.. but how low is low enough, and at what cost? Personally I love T3, and I don't plan on being in competition any time soon. What about people who just don't want to put on any more bodyfat but want to eat some extra 'bad' calories during the day? I don't think it's such an evil fat burner that you can't use it for these purposes. It's just a different point of view. To say T3 is ONLY for contest dieting I believe is a narrow and limited point of view. It may be what you believe, but it's not what everyone believes. I respect your opinion on this. I do not, however, believe everyone has to share it.

No, I've been there, I've done that. I work on being accepting of other views. Sometimes someone's gonna get hurt, and then I might become.. 'pushy', but it's cool that we can just agree that we don't view T3 use in the same light. I've been reading your posts tonight, you seem to be legit and definitely a knowledgeable guy. Thanks, man, you seem pretty decent yourself.
