Opinions on spot injections?

I've heard mixed opinions regarding spot injecting. I've done cycles from both sides of the fence, and IMO I got better results from using spot injections. What does everyone else prefer?

spot injections will give a temporary appearance of being slightly larger due to the slight swelling from injections but spot injects for long term results (or even a week after your inject) are a no go!! it's just hype!!

Injections are injections if you inject specifically in one spot to increase the size of the muscle in that area great, but it does not work

I was able to strech my delts a little from loads of prop. it has gone down since then, but it still has a strange peak to it.

don't do it though, I got a sterile abcess that luckly i was able to drain with a syringe.

What did your stelire abcess look like? i mean where they big or small, how do you know they where sterile abcess?, 'cause i think i have one of those but i'm not sure.

didn't really look like anything from the outside, but when i went to aspirate I pulled out some yellowish white puss.I freaked out. so I decided to see how much I could drain out of there and it was like 15ml worth. I left them alone for 1 week and then tryed to drain them again and got nothing.

Whow that's some scary shit, mine is very small and like you said it dosen't have color or growth and it dosen't hurt either, but i'm not sure how long it's been there for, i just notice it a little over two months after my last shot so i suspect it's been there since then. What do you think?

Yeah i guess, like you said from outside you can't see a thing but underneath the skin theres something very little and hard, i try to put some hot towels on it and then massage it and it appears to go away but later it comes back. so for the past few days i just let it alone. Does this sounds like a sterile abcess or what?
