I've started back in the gym after and injury (pinched nerve). I want to drop some of the bf I put on since I haven't been working out and up my lean muscle in the process.
stats:
6'4"
245lbs
16-17% bf
many cycles under my belt.
cycle:
week 1-5 test prop 200mgs/week
week 1-5 test enanth 375mgs/week
week 1-6 fina 75mgs ed
week 1-6 winny 50mgs eod
week 6-10 test enath 500mgs/week
I may go longer that 10 weeks.
I've done cycles before that were higher in test (almost double) and I didn't like the increased sides so I'm gonna lower the dose.
I have enough winny to go ed but I want to try it eod and see how I react.
