I used it a few years back and had great gains as far as mass and strength. I just started up on it again a few weeks ago. Once again I am getting stronger. Squats, legg press and just about everything has moved up. Do you think it really works. I am taking SteroMAX. I take 200 mg. about 1/2 hour before my workout. Should I split the dose, and should I take it on my off days??? Any thoughts will help, Thanks,
