Opening amp

I don't have an amp breaker and would like to know u can snap it with hand alright, or if there is a other better way........................thnx

get a pen cap put it over the neck and snap it.

you can score it with a butter knife

I score it lightly all the way around with a butter knife, then pretend I am a champagne swordsman with the butter knife. Pops off clean every time.

Used an amp opener a few times, but broke a couple of amps in my hand. I prefer using a knife.

put the amp in a towel and squeeze the top bubble.

Just use a pen cap...bic is the best kind to use...

I use the Bottle opener on my metal tin opener, works a treat - every time.

I don't think amp openers are all they're cracked up to be. I have one and a lot my primo amps (the tops) break apart into several peices when i snap it. sometimes they even break when i'm scoring them. Sometimes I worry that tiny bits of glass get into the primo and I've got them in me now, ha ha ha. Maybe I just don't have the finesse to open them right.

I get a large scissor and open and close it along the neck part, scraping it till it just breaks
