I can't vote on polls, so that seems busted.
and there were briefly empty stars on the board for every post a few mins ago, but they were rating stars for the thread, not individual stars. I personally don't understand why people care about them... but that is just me.

I was told last minute to fix a WAP demo to recharge a calling card - a combination of one of the components failing unexplainedly (sp?) and the company that runs the trasaction might have gone out of business made it a frustrating experience.
not to mention the code was on two different servers and was different on each server and I'm not sure who fucked it up since I was the one that wrote it originally...

now I'm writing J2EE code and I'm feeling pretty fucking stupid. the coding is easy enough, but deploying and testing it sucks big time.
