Only use 30g Protein per meal??

It definetly doesn't add up to me. Im sure if you ate 300g protein in one sitting you may not absorb half of it and piss it out, but surely more than 30g can be absorbed in one sitting. I personally found since upping my protein intake from 300g to 350g per day I seem to be growing again, so im guessing my body is using that extra protein for growth
 
It could just be the extra calories that additional 50g protein gives you...not the protein itself.

Unless you weight 300lbs, chances are you dont need anywhere close to 350g protein per day.
